Sorry for the wait, pics of today's haul as well as pics of the Magli's and Nettleton's I scooped last week after they've been repaired cleaned: Maglis:

Armani Collection Double Breasted from today. Wondering if anyone thinks this is too...I'm not sure, maybe old mannish? I'm still an undergrad and my style varies depending on what I'm doing, but the more I look at this the more I feel I can't really fit it in anywhere, I don't mind the double breasted look as I love the Ralph Lauren coat, but something about this rubs me wrong the more I look at it. (navy blue, sorry about the lighting):

Lauren Ralph Lauren Double Breasted Coat, really like this pattern:

Canala SC, still unsure what to do with this:

That Albert Goldberg linen jacket I was talking about:

The Ferragamos (need some cleaning but I'm sure they'll work out):

Ah lucky bastard. I live in Milwaukee, WI :/

I guess I should just be happy I found a brand new Hugo Boss suit /w tags a few days ago

I'm glad you all pointed that out, I couldn't figure out why the suit seemed to fit but the arms and width were so strange, glad I didn't make a fool of myself at the tailor asking for him to lengthen the arms. LOL, gonna be kind of weird returning this, "Oh I didn't realize it was for women."

Live and learn I guess.

For several months I've wanted a pair of shell cordovan Florsheim long wings. I once spotted a pair of them at a thrift store, but in a 7.5—and I'm an 11. Never thought I'd find another pair, let alone my exact size, while out shopping, and so I'd resigned myself to finding a pair on eBay. Then, yesterday, I found two pairs. The first, a 9.5. Exciting to see them, but still not of much use to me. Then, a couple stores later, an 11. They look great. Twelve bucks. Couldn't be happier.

Also, found a very nice Oxxford houndstooth jacket with three patch pockets and a natural shoulder. Needs to be taken in, but the shoulders and the length are right.

Found a Brioni Sportscoat , Silk Cashmere in perfect nick with nice high lapels in a blue check pattern, though it had no vents, Size 44 or 46, should i have picked it up to flip?

They wanted $40 for it.

There were a few more i.e. zegna and Armani of the same calibre and condition too.

Thoughts?

Bought two Henry Bucks silk polka dot ties

One brown, one blue, $4 each

As well as a New pair of Borrelli slacks in a brown, greeny colour for $5, heaps of handwork.

THough the Borrelli's look like somebody has done a terrible job at letting them out at the back and never worn them, they're a size 52

If you go there again, you can proxy the 9.5 shell for me. Never leave a shell longwing on rack, it will fit one of us.

Only got a chance to hit a couple places on a journey through small town Wisconsin this weekend but found a couple things. Found a perfect fitting Brooks Brothers linen navy blazer on my way out of town. Then at a thrift store in my hometown (~20,000 people) I picked up a couple pairs vintage cufflinks and a tie bar, a pair of shoe trees, a shoe polishing bruch and this leather laptop/messenger bag:

All for a grand total of just under $3.

i was in exactly the same situation and found a blue one of those last spring. made by summer.
this doesn't exactly qualify as a steal: but while my wife was making a rite-aid stop, i dropped into the marshall's next door and they were clearing out cashmere ... nothing spectacular brand-wise (something called Allen Solly), but what seemed to be solidly made, utilitarian quarter-zip and v-necks for $20 to $25.
