In a really bad dry spell now. The only remotely decent thing I saw today was a pair of Valentino cords. I couldn't even get interested enough to try them on.

Going to an antiques market tomorrow; maybe some cufflinks will turn up.

Hm, I thought you said it was wool. If its a silk, that ribbing is usually known as a faille.

This weeks scores included a pair of Brooks Brothers/Loro Piana labeled charcoal wool pants in my actual size for $5.99 at Savers in very lightly used condition.

Khaki works great. Green and earth tones pair quite naturally. White would certainly work too.

Found a Zegna pinstripe dress shirt, but the size was marked 16/42, and it looked like a tent when I tried it on, so I left it. Would have cost me $4 had I gone for it, but I never find good stuff in my size...

Apparently I had thrifted two Zegna couture sportcoats..which I found in a bag in my trunk today while clearing out some other stuff.

I picked up a Kuhlman shirt with french cuffs, size 42. It's too big for me, but I know some guys here are fans of the brand, so I'm happy to sell it for cost ($4) plus shipping (around $5, I'd guess).
It's white with a check pattern made from orange, light blue, light green and dark blue stripes, fairly nice 100% cotton. I couldn't find any stains or tears. The measurements are in the photos below.
If I don't get any interest in a few days, I'll just return it. Ping me. Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
