If I found a Swatch I'd be pumped (big fan of them). All I ever see looks like the crap you can get at Wal MArt.

This, of course, begs the question, if you were a diver and needed a Diver's Watch, why on earth would you consider wearing something named Guess?

5 pairs of Marbitex and one pair of Inco's at Daffy's in NYC.
Now I get it.

Just remember to wear boxers that match the color of your pants so it's less obvious when the ass blows out. (seriously - finally got a couple pairs of incos that fit well in trades and they ARE nice, though I don't know about Zanella-Platinum nice)

Never fear, TheWGP -- I got some Zanellas for you right here. I'd love to know how much those Mabitexes go for at Daffy's. I mean, I like the ones I've acquired here just fine, but can't imagine paying up to $200 for them. Does anyone pay that amount? Do regular stores even sell them, or is that just a myth? Hmmmm...

Hmmmm...

At Daffy's they're 29.99-49.99 I believe, depending on the material and the sale.

I've seen Incotex at even Midwestern men's shops, and Barney's carries them. Saks/NM did, but I don't turn any up on their website at the moment so I can't verify.

Mabitex... I've never seen at retail. Hell, I've never seen a pair period, only seen Incos.

Oh, and yesterday in a trip where I only found a NWT LL Bean Signature shirt for the Trads, I saw a Claeholi shirt. Made me laugh, anyway...

Last Saturday, I bought 5 pairs of Mabitex at the Daffy's in Philadelphia for a total of about $130. The linen/cotton pants are $20. The wool pants were on the clearance rack and were $37.50. And the cotton pair was $30. Each pair was super long. I'm guessing the inseam might even be a 36. They will need to be hemmed.

I did go back the next day - no sign of the shoe, goddammit!

I also had to try on that Bailey & Weatherill suit. How often will I get a suit made by a respected and departed English tailoring house, especially in the '60s rock star style that I love so much? Alas, the pants were WAY too tight for me. Any skinny guys interested can ping me, and I'll pick it up if it's still there the next time I'm in.
