Mystery solved...

Edward Green wingtips. A little worn, but totally wearable. Looks to be 9.5E. Anyone know how to decipher the internal writing? Looks like it says "9 1/2E 202. 19463".

They are size 9.5E on the 202 last and made in March 1946.
