Some of you guys got hammered. Hope you get some warm weather to melt all that stuff away.

Weeks' finds. All available unless noted.

Thick wale FF PRL blue label cords. Made in Sri Lanka or Singapore; can't remember. I've been looking for some of these and these are my size so N/A

681892

J. Crew actual patchwork madras pants. 34Wx30. Made in India.

681893

Square scarf made of 100% wool. Nice frayed edges. Label looks kinda fakey but it oozes that hunter green Polo nonsense :inlove: . made in Japan.

681894

681895

Long rectangular Gucci scarf. Hand rolled. I may turn this into a PS since there is some staining on one end. Will see if I can get that out.

681896

VV and the "good" Lanvin

681897

681898
Recent Zegna and Canali

681899

681900
NWT Selvege jeans. Discount store find, though. 31Wx33. Only paid 12.99! These are the "Unbranded" brand.

681902

681903
Tods ankle boots. Tagged 9 but fit my 9.5 sized dogs well. Paid $20 for these, which is kinda high for my area, but these are Tods :nodding: . Very little wear on the outsoles.

681904

681906
Size 8 Lacoste polo shirt. Sky blue color. Made in Peru.

681907

VV flat front medium blue pants. 38Wx32. Look a little distressed but that may be the style.

681908

Only logo is by the belt area in the back.
681909
681910

HF for Nordies Charcoal striped suit. LP Tasmanian super 120s. Canvassed. single vent. Tagged 39S. Pants are 35x30. pleated.
681911

681912
681913

Borelli spread collared shirt. Tagged 17/43. Tentatively dibbed for my man Jkidd in Ohio.

681914

681915

Geeky clothing-related find of the week. It was NIB. I remember I stayed in a hotel once and it had one of these. I thought it was really neat. I only paid $23 so I think I got a good deal since the cheapest one I found via google is $296. I took it out and plugged it in and it works (!). Reviews say that many crap out after a year's usage. For $23 that's not too bad. N/A

First up this is this friggin' awesome PRL tweed messenger bag I just found at tj maxx. My nuts got hard. Keeping this one for myself, it's large enough to hold a fairly big laptop, and has really great details. They had 3 other PRL messenger bags in different styles, none were tweed except this one.

PRL made in Italy suit, mint condition. 3 button peak lapel, chocolate brown w/ stripe. The jacket is at the tailors getting a small adjustment made before selling (a button needed repaired).

These two are gorgeous. I'd stab a hobo for that bag.

That tweed bag is bad ass! Who make ties for Tiffany!? I went to TJ Maxx yesterday hopping to find a Kiton suit or just a pair of PRL pants or something. Didn't find squat...The best stuff they had were 7 jeans...

Thx. Not sure on the Tiffany tie, but I would also like to know. I'll see what I can find out.

These were the other messengers they had.

That's a lot of snow! What's the totals where you guys are at? We have a storm hitting us tonight/tomorrow/Monday morning. Looking like around 8-9" for us. A headache, yes but nothing like what you're all dealing with out there!

44R. The arms looked wide when I tried it on, possibly a long rise on the pants. Let me know if you're interested. I'll have the jacket back from the tailor next Saturday. My tailor is 35 min away so I can only make it there on weekends.

:)

Ian, as far as proxy I believe both of those bags are $149. The canvas one is on eBay so you might want to compare prices. I did not see the red one on eBay.

Saw RL bags at an OC TJX... All they had were the wool buffalo check bags in green or red. Same pricing, though there were some larger bags as well. Definite tweed envy over here.

Picked up this cool little tool the other day.

It's a needle for fixing pulls in fabrics. The knurled end grabs the thread as you push it back through the original hole and it pulls it down into place. Thought it was pretty cool, works like a charm.

Same here. I just bought an engagement ring a couple weeks ago and the knowledge I've taken away from this thread and its regular posters helped me pay for it. Anyone looking for jewelry hit up in stitches (user name is "in stitches"), he's a gent and did a great job with getting me a fantastic ring.
