My mother once donated 14 pairs of my Jordan's to a homeless shelter. 3's,4's (about 4 pairs of those alone, aesthetically, they were my favorites),12's, the 8s, the Space Jams in both color ways, and for sentimental reasons, my favorites, the 8s. And I didn't wear these shoes. So about 12 years or so ago, if you saw some homeless people rocking the flyest fucking Jordans, just dunking everything they came across and looking fresh as shit, it was because of me, and my fucking mom for just not simply asking what I wanted to do with that pile of shoes and taking her own initiative instead.... took a little while to get over that one.

I still haven't gotten over my mom donating my Star Wars action figures from ESB and ROTJ. I vividly remember shouting at her, "These are going to be worth a fortune some day!"

I had lots of unopened figures and vehicles. Horrible day, that one...

I hate this feeling... I'm waiting on a package from USPS (Western Mountaineering Down Jacket), and just know that the mail is late because my postal carrier was hungover this morning from celebrating the World Series victory last night...
