A little help identifying a PRL jacket? It's Made In Italy, linen, with some hand stitching, but apparently fuzed. Definitely not as nice as my PRL by Corneliani linen jacket, and sized "XL" instead of with a chest size. Any clue whence/whom it's from?

Haven't really made an extensive brag lately. Some stuff available (the first few items) but most is a curated collection of my favorite pickups from the past several months.

Whoever can help me figure out what this is gets a tie. I think it has something to do with horses? It's made of carbon fiber.

Vintage PRL linen SC marked 39L but better for a 40-42L

Found two of these RLBL Belstaff-esque jackets in my size. The profit from one was more than enough to cover one for myself. smile.gif

Super rare map of Long Island...that some moron shellacked. I imagine this hung in one of the local seedy sports bars since the '70s.

This one was a total gut-feeling pickup, because it was unsigned. I actually had it looked at by a professional. Turns out it's a mid-century American folk art piece, artist unknown. It looks killer hanging up behind that Thorens from @Nataku icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Two super-rare editions of art deco-era illustrations by Major Felten. One from the same series sold for over $300 at a dealer. Wish I'd found the other one--it's quite striking. Were I to sell these, I should be able to get near that, but they won't be for sale 'til I'm long dead. smile.gif

The Kitons I had offered up, plus an unlined GaGa, and some TF reading glasses I picked up for myself at deep discount. (My eye doctor kept telling me I was reading too much and putting too much strain on my eyes...One of the last steps to becoming the geezer I am at heart.)

e-thrift-ish. I got a damn good deal on it, but still paid a bit. I found it after finding out I CLEP'd out of my college foreign language requirement. It cost me way less than the 8 credits I received from CLEP would have. I fucking love this thing. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Also found two of these French made Krups juicers. Again, the profit from one more than covered one for me smile.gif

Wow, so much good stuff here!

post #111126 of 114718
Bro, you should be watching The Killing season 4 -- still much better than that other stuff. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Came across another round of shiny Talbott Estate Bespokes, contemplated the endless b&s woes and the time I wouldn't be paid for that, walked out with a vintage cotton 80s sweater, Gleaming the Cube style, entirely happy.

Fit pics to come.

And, for heaven's sake, don't clean them.  Separate them in acid free paper envelopes (available at coin dealers) and avoid further scratches.  Avoid handling them with bare fingers.   And do not clean them.

@330CK

I think it's a dog collar/lead. Check Orvis' website.
