yongnuo would be a 2nd choice with wireless trigger set.

I have the 420 and it works great. Chews up batteries though.

Don't you just love finding Easter eggs?
The denim aisle turned up nothing today, but I did see something tucked inside a $.99 sport coat. What could it be?

Just one of these:

Nice of someone to set those aside for me!

Almost everything fits me, as expected, and thank you for the... Brioni gift :D

Does that mean Ray has quit flipping?

Dunno, I guess he has so much stuff that sometimes it's nice to send as a bulk?! Most of the items are for my personal use because he was lucky enough to find my size though ^^

I mostly used to wear mine on longer rides or group rides, but was fine wearing shorts for rides in the 40-60 mile range. I need to start seeing if I can get back into riding.

Well, I'm a convert. Anyone interested in my old Castelli shorts? lol8[1].gif

Is all Kris Van Assche this poorly constructed?

I thought I'd put together a list of all of the non-clothing related finds that I have had over the last couple of years. When I started on SF 6 years ago I had a lot of time to thrift, but due to job changes and family changes (hi Nataku), along with some loss in interest, I have not had that much time to thrift. Anyway, here are some of the best items that I have found that are non-clothing related. All were purchased at typical thrift prices:

1. Guidi Bag (retail is $1200 for those not aware)
GuidiGB2Bag.jpg

2. Vintage Ekornes chair and ottoman (found 2 sets)

3. Near new HumanScale chair (their top of the line leather - retail is $2500+)

4. Louis Vuitton "staple" pen in Palladium and goat leather (rare, near $1k retail) and that box it's in. Thats a Benson and Hedges for Saks cigar box from the 1930s. Some kinds of nice wood on the ouside and copper/brass inside. Weighs at least 8 pounds. Maybe my favorite find.

5. New Suarez NY alligator purse (retail is $4k)

6. Swaine Adeney Brigg Attache

I have also found art that hangs in my home that totals over $30,000 across 4-5 pieces, but no photos of that handy. smile.gif

I am probably forgetting something here and there, but those are the items that come to mind.

How about you guys?

Sorry to everyone I haven't been PMing back.

I still have to pick up a fabric tape measure I measure the Kiton, Brunello's, and the golden fleeces.

I'll get back to you guys ASAP, but I'm currently on vacation so I'm trying to stay off of the internet as much as possible.
