Holy shit! You lost that much weight?! Are you doing a similar program to the 5x5? I've just discovered the program and am pretty stoked to try it. Also, you've just furthered my point. You look fit but pretty thin. I would have never imaged you could lift that much weight. I've always pictured monsters like these to pick up similar weight.

Yeah, started seriously losing weight in 2010 and reached my weight goal last fall. Been working on rebuilding strength since.
I haven't really been following a pre-set program, my trainer manages that and really focuses on functional strength, so we do quite a bit of lifting, plank standing, metcon-ish stuff and such. Currently just twice a week, but I'm hoping I'll be able to step it up a bit in the near future.
