Thanks for the kind words up thread, fellas. cheers.giffistbump.gif

For me, one 7-fold, one shirt and one Oxxford shirt made by Kiton.

Speaking of piss stained trousers, I took a flier on a vintage pure cashmere Zegna suit today with the hopes that Gmmcl can share some tips on the removal of said piss stain. Thing was too beautiful to leave behind. Pics tomorrow, when I've got some natural light.

I'm sorry, I can't help but laugh when I read folks are thrifting piss stained trousers. I am laughing so hard I can't make the sound. This is SF gold.

You guys have the will to pass up sharded stuff. I found a beautiful Brioni checked sport coat with a bit chewed off on one arm ...a small gouge actually but had to keep it. Just couldnt leave her hanging!
Fortunately the donor also bestowed upon me a gorgeous Isaia orphan which will hopefully be posted in the near future.
Also found my first shell cordovan...an old belt, but it was one of those special moments in the thrift shop none the less.

To be fair, it's only on a very small spot, if it comes out, I'll have a dope cashmere suit. If not, I'm out a couple bucks. musicboohoo[1].gif

sorry i've been to busy to post pics lately.  i will try harder.

So here are the "Hello Kitty's" that i thrifted for Spoo:

a free gift going with a bundle when i can fill a box.....  while i'm thinking of Spoo, i know you say to kop first, but this was next level..

the detail was crazy on the big one..

it even had sueded seats, and carpet. :wow:   $540 was a bit steep to kop it first.

on the topic of thrifting cars, my thrift game is epic. i have this one hidden away for when i want to pull the trigger on it.

A "Tommy Kaira"  M20b Subaru Impreza STI.  with all the TK Bodykit, badges, options, and other goodies.

The holy grail of Subaru's.

it was offered at a good price (passed for now) , but it needs body work.

it can wait a little longer................   for a new body.:stirpot:

- Future thriftmobile.

@GMMcL , the method i sent you should work a treat on the piss stained suit eazye has.

for those who actually buy piss stains in the first place.

Two kiton suits, beautiful. One cashmere 2 button and another that's just the most amazing cashmerelike wool 3 button I've ever beheld. 44s though, not my size.

Also, hi. First post.

That would haul all kinds of goodies. Had an impreza wagon a couple years ago and regret selling it. Usefull as hell and good in the weather.

I've had good luck with nature's miracle on woolens, and a variety of fabrics (also totally saved a pair of long-wings the cat mistook for a bathroom). Its dye neutral, and supposedly enzymatically removes the stains/smell. Formulated for pets, no less.

I recommend controlled spot treatment, waiting ten minutes, then blot clean with fresh water (which takes a while).
