In love with this handkerchief. Hand rolled edges and made in Italy. $6.

These pants fit extremely well right off the rack, wasn't going to let them go for $7.

Both of these for $5.

The fit was great, just as the Dior pair, and the quality seems better. I was hoping someone would be able to help me with identifying a maker. There are no labels or tags to show, but the buttons may be able to give some clues.

I adjusted the saturation to better show the impression. Any ideas?

EDIT: Yeah, that's a Nedo Bellucci. I recognize the tag from some pictures I had been looking through a few days ago. I can't comment on the quality but I believe he does bespoke work.
Dude, all those pants fit you!!!??? Good shit man.

Dudes, vintage Americana is HUGE in Japan! True vintage pieces which collectors would go ape shit over, the dudes over there wear them.

*
*
*

Went to Ginza, the most affluent place in Japan, saw a bunch of shit, saw this building which is the most expensive in Japan. 1 square meter = $1,000,000, it has a Seiko clock on it.
*

Also, the Police Museum was in Ginza. Pretty dope. Here are some examples of the evolution of the Tokyo Police uniform.
*
*
*

Saw a bunch of sick cars including this one just casually parked next to an ally.
*

View of Tokyo from 40th floor.
*

IDK, never saw a Tag store right next to a Church's...It's pretty convenient to have all the cool stores on the same block, right next to one another.
*
*
*

Went to UR and saw a bunch of crazy shit there. Saw Tellason there, too. They were selling Freemans Sporting Club shit. Crazy...Was so tempted to cop a pair of them jeans but just couldn't do it at $300 a pop. Then I told myself, "Why the fuck would you cop some American denim even though they proclaim they are the 'God of Denim' when you are in Japan, the Denim grail of the world???!!!" IDK what I was thinking...Sorry no pic at the moment.

Apparently, in Japan, you'll get prosecuted for making/selling fake luxury goods. The real ones are on the left.
*
*
*

Gonna score the edges of the earth Japan looking for one of these.
*

The Osaka Okonamiyaki and Takoyaki outside of Osaka Jo is fucking dreamy!
*
*

We were in Japan during their Golden month for Sakura season and it was cray cray in Tokyo!!! Look at this shit! Foot traffic became stand still! Oh yeah, hotels were like fucking $300 a night! Fuck, don't go to Japan between March and April...That was a mistake...But we did get to see some bomb ass cherry blossom!!!
*

Japan is known for having very little crime. The whole time we were there, we've never felt any safer but they got them homicides, too.
*

Another reason why I love Japan is when you step into a shop full of made in Vietnam shooz, you turn the corner and see a wall full of Red Wings, Chippewas, Danners, and some other crazy shit, forgot what it was...
*

Dude, Japanese SWnD is light years ahead of the game! Even the old dudes know whassup! OG!
*

That's it, I'm gonna dress like this guy.
*

I don't know about you guys, but maybe some SWnD peeps know what I'm talking about...I'm in a phase in my life where I've completely become obsessed about Japanese SWnD. I've coped a suit case full of them and now have pretty much quit buying shit, to save up $ for next year when I go visit 38R and blow a few grand on shit...Anyhow, we were in Japan for 20 days and I took like 3,000 pictures of some cray cray shit. I'm gonna see if I'm not lazy enough to post some interesting stuff.

Fuck. I hate posting from my phone...

Looks like I'm going to need to find another superb blue patch madras.

Expect me to wear this tomorrow, just before shipping -- one last affair, as it were. (Bonus: This week's challenge is "wear a cotton jacket")

Man, i saw shit tons of js and United arrows in resell shops and for cheap prices, too. But it was hard to pick those up when you have obscure pieces from neighborhood, bounty hunter, mastermind, and etc...

Only because I wanna get on this 50s denim train I'm uploading these crappy pics of my recent military/prison issue 1955 work jacket (find).

I always see GWG stuff but never old/good GWG stuff.

@barrelntrigger  , for sure, i will scout the good stuff before you arrive. just like last time. :fistbump:  i got 8 stores locked down!!!!  (some may scoff, but you never seen stores like these)

post some of the rad shit you saw in thrifts .

i had to see who Kathleen Hanna is.     sorry dude, more into the chick in this music video......

Bombshell alert!!!!!

Anyway, i finally got my sewing machine in working order.  which was free!!   with a mannequin.   so i can start making the things i intend to.  clothing inspired by working class menswear of the 1910's - 30's.  generous cut, plenty of pockets, durable fabrics, and lots of handmade details.with my own elements.   waistcoats, chore coats and unstructured jackets.   all made the hard way.  in the blue collar spirit.  feel free to comment on my period correct rig.

i would also like to thank @div25sec9 for sending the patterns of waistcoats and jackets from the 1940's-50's. they will get me started. :worship2:

(please get back to me on what i can give you for them, one of the first "Good" ones made will be for you)

A fun hobby to do during "stay at home dad time"....:)

Here's some pics from my thrifted vacation.

I got a groupon for a dolphin/whale watching boat ride for my wife for Christmas.

Cost was $40

Turned into a 5 day vacation with friends for about $1000. lol

Cape May NJ - Bayside

The house we rented with a private beach for the back yard.

The theme of the weekend.

We listened to some music

We played some golf.

That's my BFF's 8 year old son.

I played my best round ever....which was still pretty horrible.

Saw one of these.

Went on the whale/dolphin boat

Saw at least 100 dolphins......and 0 whales. Wife was bummed.

Saw the famous concrete ship.

And the Cape May Lighthouse

Panoramic view from the back deck of the house

Great sunsets.

One of my friends is working as a linguist translating ancient graffiti in Naples this summer so if anyone needs a Naples proxy I got you also he would appreciate shopping recommendations for relatively affordable staple clothes (I recommended boggi Milano although I don't know if they have a Naples location...)
