Those are cap-toe bluchers, not plain-toe. The caps make the toe a bit stiffer, but it's not metal.

Mauro Grifoni is a legit brand in so much as you can buy it on Yoox at least... looks like pretty decent stuff but never handled it myself.

Almost bought a nice YSL suit today. The jacket was close to my size, possibly with minor tailoring. The pants fit in the waist but they were about 2 feet wide at the foot and the jacket was a little long. I think my only chance for a well fitting suit is custom from j-crew .

A small-fitting 10.5D is pretty close to a 10D, or at least close enough to make work. They would go really nice with the Tuczek's that aren't my size. These I could wear.
