A more fitting 100,000th post I can not imagine. It features no insane, spectacular once or twice in a lifetime finds, no high tech photography. It is simply a cart, or rather two carts, loaded with all manner of solid items. It offers a glimpse into what most thrifters would consider a good day. Filling a cart (or two). I think that post captures the heart of this thread in a way. And who of course is more fitting to have posted it than our very own SpooPoker. Happy 100,000th post, Thrift Thread.

Thus ends my dramatic semi-rant. :satisfied:

Is it sad that my 22 month old daughter knows how to Hadouken???

Taught her at a young age!  And now she can even pronounce it!

Ebay tie turned into a bowtie. My first sloppy attempt at cutting and sewing silk. Turned out ok. Going to be my new mannequin tie. (I know this isn't pinterest bit though I'd share)

Oh snap! I want to do this with a few nice ruined ties I have.

Also, please send any rec of those reweaves you all have used in the past with great success...

Shoutouts to shoutouts to shoutouts . . .

Vexco pulled through and got my package to me this past weekend, and I couldn't have been happier when it arrived. Beautiful pair of Alden pennies, two amazing Harris Tweeds, perfect Oxxford navy summer blazer, a pair of Bill's, and three great ties, a BB repp in irish poplin and two Ben Silvers.
