There are a ton of thrift stores in the OKC area. I would suggest the area from MacArthur and Reno to NW 50th and May. Really though you can break it out in to sections and spend all day and still not hit all of the the thrift stores. Its pretty crazy really. It is mostly junk but I have found some pretty amazing finds. The best was a pair of John Lobb Williams. Not my size though.

Looks pretty standard, to me. Maybe I've just seen too much Etro ...

I met my first hardcore, dyed-in-the-wool flipper today. He makes his whole living off items from Dallas thrift stores; quit his regular career, he was making so much money; has 1,000 items in his inventory at all times; has heard of this thread :slayer:

Anybody know who made some of the older Burberry's made in England tailored stuff? Something I picked up has this label, which I've only seen on Chester Barrie....I didn't think CB made for Burberrys, maybe its just a generic tag used by a lot of English manufacturers?

In my several years of reading/participating in this thread, I think csoukalis (sp) is a contender for "best consistent finds." I think he was located in the Dallas area?

That's a tag I indentify with CB, but it might not be exclusive to them. Still, CB did RTW for just about everybody. Odds are they did for Burberrys at some point.

Okay guys special prize for who can ID this:

Jacket is just labeled GIUSEPPE. Collar is hand stitched, lapel buttonhole is handsewn, fully canvassed, I would say quality is on par w/ Brioni. Probably from late 80's to early 90's, made in Italy, any guesses as to manufacturer?

Yup, I found the Sulka first, then the Zegna, then the Brioni and another jacket made with Loro Piana fabric, when I went to look for the pants, I didn't find the match. However, I did find the Zanella, Incotex and Zegna's. Over in the shirt section I found Brioni after Brioni, 7 total I believe. I've read on this thread about people finding whole stacks of nice **** but this was my first. Got the old heart going, that's for sure.
