New here to the forum, but certainly not to picking the thrift store apart...

I've been shopping for new clothes a lot lately because I've lost enough weight to go from almost an XL to a comfortable medium (and from 36 down to 32 in pant sizes!).

Some of the brighter scores I've found lately:

Versace Silk Tie -$2
Hugo Boss Silk Tie -$2
Nat Nast Maverick Jeans -$4
Earnest Sewn Jeans -$6
Lucky Dungaress -$5
All the Quicksilver and Billabong button-up shirts I could ask for (I only took what I needed!) -~$4 each
Patagonia Synchilla Fleece jacket -$5
Bicyclng Bib-shorts -$8 each (3 -and I was about to go out and by three more pairs at retail!!!)

Burberrys Suit (coat and slacks), in my size... A bit much at $99, but it fits so well!!

Any Christian Dior ties???

fueco: what he meant by that is: "go back and read the first 300 pages of this thread, and then 300 most recent pages of this thread."

Picked up two Zegna sportcoats, pick stitching, fit me, 40R same donor he purchased through MR. Sid.

75%Wool 25% Cashmere blend and a Navy blue 100%wool, the brown one has the owners name handwritten inside, but it is also typed on the factory label, would this be a MTM?

Nothing but heartbreak at lunch... A VERY nice HF suit coat... grey flannel with lighter grey chalkstripe, spalla camicia shoulder (didn't know they did this?), relatively recent... NO PANTS. No pants in the men's section. No pants in the women's.

Also a Pal Zileri FC shirt that was just starting to fray at the collar points.

Did anyone say pants?
My first Kiton
And 6x Barbera, 2x Incotex and Filson.
Left behind Oxxford for Andover shop pants that appeared to be orphaned.

They are all 36x32. I'd have to lose about 20 lbs to fit comfortably, so I'm open to offers and would prefer to move as a lot.
More pics to come.

It's quite alright... I sold the Versace Classic V2 tie on Ebay for $34... The Hugo Boss tie was added to my small collection because I liked the design.

Another pic with better detail.
2 Barbera in left rear are double pleated. All else flat front.

How the heck was this 100% passed over? RLPL overcoat? Even in that shape? Daaaayum. Make it a couple sizes bigger and ship it to me!
Talk about amazing first posts... wow.

I was gonna say the same thing. That was the first time I saw it. This thread moves fast.....
