following the advice of other posters i requested my shirt be laundered with no starch as to preserve the shirt. when i got the shirt back it was quite wrinkled, either from bad ironing or the lack of starch. anyone else have this problem when not using starch?

Sounds like an ironing problem. I never use starch and have poor ironing skills, but my shirts come out looking decent, it just takes a long while.

jamesbond: I'd take the shirt back to the laundry (and from now on look at them before you leave) and have them re-do it. Then I probably wouldn't go back to that laundry. Ironing at home is really therapeutic. Andy

thanks guy's, it could also be that the shirt was brand new and was the first time being laundered. i will give them another chance because they are the only dry cleaner in my town that does the cleaning In-House and doesnt outsource this task.
