M-Th I am up at 5am to go to the track or hit the heavy bag in the garage. I go to bed around 9 or 930. F-Sun I get up at 630 to eat and lift weights. Bedtime around 1030. I'm 36, married, kid, and job 2 hours from home. My workouts are my only free time, and they help keep my sleep schedule constant. I am dead-dog tired every night, and well-rested every morning
