Hello.

I looked through the slim fitting shirt thread that was stickied but I had a more specific question. Where can I find a reasonable variety and reasonably priced selection of spread collar slim fitting shirts?

I'm 6'3" and wear a 16.5/36 shirt and 42L suits. I have a slim athletic build and always have a problem with shirts not being slim enough and sometimes the sleeves are too short. It's not all that hard finding shirts that might fit me ok off the rack, but it is very tough to find them in conservative colors like whites, light blues and bengal stripes with a nice tall spread collar shirt. I won't even buy shirts that aren't spread collar now so it became quite difficult. I'm looking for something just slightly smaller and slightly more spread than the spread collar double collar button Tom Ford shirts.

Perhaps made-to-measure or bespoke

TM Lewin (tmlewin.com) does the slimmest RTW shirt I have found. Their Windsor collar has a nice spread - not sure if it's exactly what you are looking for, but worth a look. Their quality is only so-so, but at £25 a shirt with their current promo, it's not bad value.

Similar measurements here- I go with custom made, especially with a shoulder drop leaving one sleeve necessarily longer than the other.

i have some mastai ferretti shirts that are slim. some ppl recommend barba as being very slim.

i also have some 'rouben' shirts i bought in frankfurt that fit very well, and they were only around 40 euro each

Ted Baker

I'm pretty skinny and Ted Baker fits me pretty well, i have tailored shirts that have the sides in more, but its about the thinnest i've found off the rack.

Retail about $135 You can pick them up on sale for about $45

Thanks guys. Anyone have a real picture of a TM Lewin windsor spread collar shirt? The picture looks like the collar is so short and wouldn't stand up tall enough on your neck. Can anyone tell me how they are before I try to go order some?
