The variation is small. And if your personal story is true, you either have a disease or shitty training.

No clue what you're talking about. From all your posts, you're basically saying anyone can achieve the same muscular development as someone as "ordinary" as DC with the proper training and diet with no regard to genetics. Everyone is calling you out for such a blanket, idiotic statement. You think you are a god of training and fitness knowledge or something. You're BS.

We must have not been reading the same thread. The only people "calling why out" are Lance Konami and his legions of one-liner droppers w/o showing evidence supporting their claims.

No, you keep reading that. It's clear you're not really into athletics or athletic lifting (whether Olympic or powerlifting) because you can't seem to get past phrases like 'muscular development' which is almost entirely a bodybuilding brah term. Strength (and ultimately size) have a lot more factors that go into such a thing. Really, put down Arnold's book and pick something up from Rippetoe or Westside Barbell or any one of the tons of great coaches out there. Bodybuilding is a pretty silly sport when you look at the 'pros'. They're all on drugs and train like nobody else can or should. I mean this with all honesty: read a good book about lifting, follow the program, and you'll see great results. Here's a freebie read that'll teach you more about lifting weights (and exercise in general) than years and years of magazines will: http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow...ing_Primer.htm

All I've read from you so far is that you can't do this. Look, if you really believe that you can't attain a body with a similar level of development as DC, then you are certainly right, but genetics isn't the first place I'd look at.

AKA, all the people with common sense in this thread. Why is evidence required for the obvious? And even if you wanted the evidence, science will absolutely point out that there is significant differences with people genetically, all the way down to immune system differences, food intolerance differences, alcohol tolerance, etc... By the way, I don't see you demanding any evidence of why's moronic claims. Ever. You just "believe" them.
