The Bond Workout

Thread Starter
I recall there was an interview done with Daniel Craig for his first Bond flick Casino Royale regarding his workout regime to get into shape. He made the comment that he worked out hard 5 days a week and then on weekends went out and got himself pissed.

Any trainers or guru's on this forum know what he would have gone through in terms of training, diet, and probably had a team of trainers, dieticians, masseuses (with and without happy ending) and etc. I understand at a high level it would have been a ton of cardio, weight training, self denial and pain.

He's bulked up in it so I'm guessing a lot of low rep/high weight core exercises (dips, squats, presses, dead lifts) and then cardio done at a separate session later in the day. At the very least, it would do the job pretty damn quickly.

Interesting. I had suspected that a few of these celebrities who completely transformed their bodies were probably doing some kind of short steroid cycle. So that actually happens eh?

Wouldn't be at all surprised if Daniel Craig was on creatine or 'roids or both when he bulked up for Casino Royale.

Another popular celeb workout was "The 300" workout, which I also suspected anabolic supplements were involved.

At the same time you have to remember that they were probably working out twice a day and most important of all, steroids need to be coupled with an excellent diet. They don't just magically make you stronger and bigger. As with any workout regiment, Diet is a huge part of the equation.

I admit, I have no idea what kind of gains you make from creatine or 'roids as I have never taken them, nor do I ever intend to. I'll never be big & I'm fine with that.

Hahaha....Creatine isn't even close to the same as steroids. That's like thinking caffeine is the same as cocaine.
