Scoring Men's Oscar Attire - Page 6

I met Brad Pitt and Jennifer Anniston in Beachwood Canyon in Hollywood about four years ago. (Pitt expressed an interest in my unusual dog, a Japanese Tosa.) Jennifer Anniston stuck me as a fairly pretty young woman, but nothing extraordinary--certainly not "Ferrari class" (at least had she not been a famous actress).

It appears that this year's sole winner is, as might be suspected, Mr. Brosnan, who is known to personally favor Gianni Campagna when not wearing his Brioni-made "work clothes." I did not see any pix of Sidney Poitier this year, but he was regal and perfectly correct last year at the Awards, and may deserve a place of lasting honor.

I share the exact sentiment on the shawl collar with you, LA Guy. I'm really digging it. Maybe I'm just falling under the Dior marketing umbrella though. http://www.imdb.com/features/rto/200...5-redcarpet/64 Remind me why I'm not dating this girl??
Who is she?

I think it's more like bragging about a used Ferrari.
If I wasn't engaged (my fiancee sometimes rads these posts, so sorry for the repetitiveness of this statement guys) a used Ferrari wouldn't be so bad. In fact, I'd even take the new Dodge Caravan (durable, reliable, and safe. What's not to like?) I would prefer a souped up Black Impala from the (early?) eighties though. Now that is a pimp car.

Aaah ok, I haven't seen any of her movies but somehow she looked familiar. Was it her brother then who played in the 'Day after tomorrow'?

Someone needs to tell homeboy that dreads clown hairdos don't look good with a receding hairline.
Adam Duritz, lead singer of Counting Crows.  As a Cal alum I'll give him one point for the blue suit/yellow silk pocket handkerchief combo during his performance.   I agree that he indeed looks clownish, but I suspect his response would be something along the lines of "So what?  I screwed Jennifer Aniston and you didn't."
*Yawn*... That's like bragging about a new Dodge Caravan.
Well, Duritz dated Aniston in 1995 back when she had the "Rachel" haircut and a bit more meat on her bones, and would make anyone's Top Ten Babes list.  He also dated Courteney Cox and Monica Potter, so it's not like the Aniston thing was a total fluke.  Details actually had an article on his inexplicable dating success an issue or two ago.
