Hey, whatever happened to Alexis? - Page 2

Also, sorry about this, BSD, but it's not often there's such symmetry of replies and the quotes that follow posts: marc37:     "l get the feeling that Alexis is a man. My gut feelings are usually right too." Brian SD:     "That is my feeling as well.     "...     "... Well, I've been listening to my gut since I was 14 years old, and frankly speaking, I've come to the conclusion that my guts have shit for brains." =========================================== EDIT: Please be advised, these two dumb posts of mine were simple, facetious, valueless, targetless word plays.  I offered no opinion as to whether any members are correct or incorrect, or whether anyone has you-know-what for brains. My apologies for oddball humor gone astray.

paul44, Maybe not shit for brains.  The men on the SF have always been gentleman.  The "SF boys," as I like to think of them, are capable of being a fairly reasonable bunch.  But for some reason, from time to time, one or the other will get an itch, write something rather crude, and aim it at me (and others, I have observed, so I don't feel so alone).  Why at me?  Because of my photo, perhaps.  I have never written anything so rude about any of them, nor publicly questioned anyone's gender.  It is an odd habit, and these boys are hell-bent on maintaining it, so I stand aside, read the forum at my leisure, and never think the less of them.  Really, what good would that do? Have a nice day.

heh, I didnt take offense to that at all, I think its quite ironic how that works out, "gut feeling" from Marc, and those same words being used in my signature. The quote in my signature is actually in reference to a part of High Fidelity that is in a very different context. I wouldn't say that I'm one of those guys who is hell-bent on disproving your supposed gender, Alexis. I could care less, actually, but I do have a feeling on the matter and it is the same as Marc's.
