Its all changed nowadays as the second hand market gives a different twist to what summet's worth.
I've got at least half a dozen 60s sheepskins but I don't think any of them cost more than 40 quid. Mind you, I bought a few of them in the 80s for a few quid when things really were cheap (and a fiver was a lot of money to me). You see a lot of them now at skinhead get togethers. Thread-bare Brutus will cost you 200 quid but a quality sheepskin a fraction of the price.
35 quid in '69 - no wonder you never took it off!
