you are 100% this thread is an really interesting walk through the past and i never blamed the old one on here for asking these questions... i just made fun about the young ones that ask these questions... and a bit nostalgia from time to time could not be that bad...

you can find pix of me all over the internet... my interpretation?? yes, i dont dress in original 69 underwear, vintage sunglasses, etc... i started skinhead in the 80s and this was a way bigger impact to me, then alot of the clobber that was worn in 69... for me skinhead is an every days style... i dont dress up for the weekend for a do or a concert... i´m a skinhead every day and you will never see me without skinhead clothes.. and i feel free to mix the original style with 2nd wave skinhead style.. still looking more like a skinhead then you when you dress up for the weekend... and if you dont reconized, the style changed over the years.. some parts got lost, some additions are new, like pringle or slanzenger v-necks... but take a coser look on the next niter and you will find out that even purist traditionals are wearing slazenger now... even if alot of the 2nd wave skinheads from the ukskinheads forum think it is casual shite...
and again: skinhead is still here today in 2012 hold up by the young ones and it is not some re-anactment club that dress in historical uniforms for the weekend and put the clobber for the rest of the week in the closet...
so if it wernt the young ones during all the years, you wouldnt find out 3 years ago that skinhead still exist, cause it would die out with you guys...
so again, get over it... i´m not here for bitching... i dont post that much, cause i enjoy reading and hear the old stories, but dont be such a snob and attack cause i´m only 2nd wave and from germany.. you are NOT better than me.....
