Regarding the ruperts we wore, we have spoken about them before, and we have described them, I wonder if Bunty can dig out a photo of a pair, biggrin.gif

Another vintage photo, supposedly taken in Margate in 70s (exact year not known but i'm sure someone recognizes the car and can date it, altho the car looks to be from later 60s)? Anyways, it's another great shot, thanks to Joao for bringing it to attention

The left car looks like the Vauxhall Cresta, year number plate 66, the other car is a Ford Zephyr Mk 1V made 66 to 72.

Great pic.

biggrin.gif Thought it was , I am surprised Spilla that you have come on this site after saying on other sites that this thread is full of old skinheads answering stupid questions from younger ones.
Also you have never been one interested in the originals anyway, Don't get you mate, confused.gif

take a look when i joined this group.. even 3 months before you.. so i didnt joined after i said it... wink.gif
and yes, i still think that some questions on here are more then stupid... how important is what sunglasses you have worn back in the days, just as an example?? and did i missed the questions about your underwear back in the day??? most parts are for sure interesting but some of them goes way to far.. i´m a skinhead now, for over 25 years... i know my roots, but i´m still living in 2012 and not in the past....
and for the "originals".. how many of them are on here?? 3 or 4?? and alot of times i hear from you "i never seen this or that in london", when other said, they saw it.. so what should we believe and what is the truth??? and does it really matter??? i dont think so... wink.gif
