I have some extra cash to spend so money's no matter LOL........

I've got a Baracuta in 'Loden' which I think is discontinued but may still pop up occasionally. I got mine at TK Maxx!

When you think of all those fictional Skinhead books in the 60s/70, sold millions .

I would like to see a Film made about London Skinheads in the 60s, Say like Quadrophenia, it would be great to give a factual account of the Originals.without the politics that came with later 80s Skinheads.
It would even maybe spark a Skinhead revival
A film idea would be great Roy. Not too sure about a Skinhead revival though.

One thing i would say is if you early skinheads got together and produced a book detailing life during those times then don't put extracts on here or UKSkinheads. When the book is nearing compleation you can use those tools and others to publicise it. I believe it would sell well. Not just to Skinheads past and present. But Mods, scooterists, soulboys, indeed anyone into cults, fashion, Music ect would buy it.

Good luck with it should you decide to proceed.

I woud certainly buy it, I got the book Skins but am not that bothered about 80's skins. 60's is what interests me personally.

Also looking for some used black Doc Martens (size 10), 8 or 10 eye made in england if anyone knows of such.

I think everyone has a interesting storey to say about when one was a skinhead, I have often thought about putting a pen to paper, but i have not got the education, Again i have to mention Boys Story, it was spot on with the period, also the humour was so well 60s teenager. Whats great reading stuff on here it prompts one into remembering things long forgotten, like Harry Fenton shirts, lol.
