In a perfect world I guess. The only place that I know that does this is Bergdorf Goodman, they actually stock the pockets in the same fabric as the shirt. This practice would probably be too expensive for any lesser priced maker/store to do this; though it probably takes all of 3 minutes to sew on a pocket.
Yeah, well I was being relative to price. Obviously shirts priced similarly to Borrelli should be able to do it, whereas shirts in the Banana Republic range cannot. Companies such as T&A, Zegna Napoli Couture, RLPL, etc... should offer this service, thus I would be able to never have a pocket in any of my shirts. Jon.
