+1

Yes, you can be overdressed, just as you can be underdressed in differing circumstances.

Thanks for the heads-up. Only the warehouse or the Collins St store too?

Gents, a bit of a strange request. My parents recently got burgled and one of the items stolen was an old pocket watch that belonged to my grandfather. It was locked away for quite some time, but we believe that it was 40+ years old when it was purchased 35 years ago and made of silver. We need to find a replacement, so we are in the process of looking for antique watch dealers. Can anybody reconmend any specialists in Melbourne?

Anyone know what price the Tods driving shoes usually go for at this event?

What I posted below wasn't thought through just a quick google search - you would probably find out exactly what it is online and how much its worth.

Have you got a photo? Theres some specialist search engines that can reverse search a pic and find it online - don't know what they are called.

Ask here I'm sure some posters do a lot of searching for pics online - know what I mean, nudge nudge, wink wink, searching for pic online, wink, nudge......

To be honest, I didn't know it even existed until Dad told me it was taken!

I am doubtful that my parents have any photos, but they both think they know what it looked like. Because of that it will have to be them who does the searching. I was hoping that there might be someplace in Melbourne that specialises in Antique watches who they could speak to and get a bit of an idea. I turned them onto a few websites, and also passed on your list fxh, thanks.

In addition to Antiquorum in Block Arcade you could try The Watch Gallery, cnr of Elizabeth and Little Collins (opposite Antiquorum).

What are you wearing in Australia?
Guys, alot of the photos posted here are from cooler environments. So I was wondering if everyone could start posting pics in here (new or old). I'm still learning, and I would like to get a feel for what Aussies are wearing.
