What's better, a detailed critique from a first poster who has used the service or 3rd hand opinion from someone who has never set foot in the shop?

MTM suit and Charvet? Are you preparing for the wedding day? If so, what shoes?

You're correct - I'd entirely forgotten about that until now:

Call me a cynic, but it's also a funeral.

I jest.

The Haul from Japan

Aero leather jacket.
Hinoya hoodie
Burgus Plus once washed denim
Hakushu Single Malt 12YO
Glenfiddich Valley of the Deer Single Malt 18YO
The Macallan Fine Oak Single Malt 12YO
Rotring Rapid Pro
Todd & Duncan for Brooks Brothers cashmere pullover
Dieter Rams: As Little Design as possible

Also purchased the 85L suitcase from Muji, of which I am really quite pleased, many thanks to @nabilmust for the suggestion. I would really like a Rimowa, but can't justify the price just yet.

Rimowa are the flavour and style of the month right now, and their prices reflect that. Moneyed Chinese are all buying them. When that happens, you know it's time to look elsewhere. (Very harsh comment, but I stand by it.)

Tumi have a sale running this week. They are clearing their 2014 stock, including some really beautifully made suitcases which I dare say are more practical than what's offered by the stripped-down industrial aesthetic of Rimowa.

Hey... Great minds think alike! (I prefer this to the alternative)

Have actually been eyeing this for a while, but there was always something else to acquire.

Finally pulled the trigger 👍🏻

P.s. I hear the strap is the only negative about the watch... Did you swap yours out? Think I'll go with something from Hirsch if I don't like the look of it.

Sadly, the Grana pop up shut down before I got there.

Has anybody tried their polos? The measurements on their website seem a touch strange, they are have a yoke width of about 45 cm for a medium but with only a 50 cm chest. I'd normally expect the difference to be greater. Looking at their jumpers, their cut seems to be nipped in the chest. Very different to Lacoste, Hackett, Paul and Shark etc.

With respect you're quite well to do but you really like your JDM Seikos. Why not a Rollie?
