Scandalous comment.

PoP is a pillar of this online community. Or pillock. I get confused.

Thanks for the links and suggestions guys, much appreciated. Do I get away with the negative sub connotations if I wanted one before I made an account here? biggrin.gif

Re the Tudor line. I've tried the BB and the pelagos, don't mind the new BB Noir but not really a big fan of the snowflake hands on the Tudors, just something about them I don't like. The pelagos is nice, inc the ceramic bezel but I just can't go past the sub still.

It's interesting that you say that - it's all subjective, isn't it?

Personally, I really like the snowflake hands on the Tudor BB and Pelagos, and I don't like the "Mercedes" hands on the Rolex, but I really like the crown guards on the Rolex and don't like the crown stem tube on the BB!

Still the same with this?

No, looks worse.

TBH, it only looks good when used as intended - to repair the elbow on a well worn and battered jacket. And even then it can be hit and miss

Bonus: Xmas @Henry Carter tie

I agree RE the elbow patches on those blazers I had never seen that before so was wondering what everyone though. I am chasing a navy blazer like those but without the patches to wear with chinos. I'm a slim 38 to cant be any brands with baggy arms etc. anyone have any suggestions? <$400

Try SuitSupply - most of their cuts should be sufficiently slim. You'll have to order online, but there's free shipping and returns

You could always try MJ Bale on sale, but YMMV. I picked up a nice navy odd jacket for about $300 a few years back which I'm pretty happy with. I have a reasonably slim figure and it works well with narrow(ish) sleeves, etc. There's certainly nothing baggy about it.

Yeah I don't mind this but it's right at the top of my budget;

I also found this on sale which looks like a nice slim fit;
