Yep.

I was in line at Porteno once and they couldn't seat us. The manager said to me: perhaps you'd like to check out our sister restaurant, Bodega.

The guy in line behind me was a champion. He might have had a few too many, pre-dinner, and commented: yeah, but that's like asking him to shag your uglier sister.

I'm inclined to decriminalise most, possibly all, drug taking.

Certainly an increased intake would improve a few people.

When I was younger, I would agree with you, Fxh. But time and age has made me realise that decriminalising most, possibly all, drug taking, wouldn't be a good thing.

Do you want people coming back from their lunch break high on cocaine?

No.
But then I don't want them with a glass of red wine in them either. I don't want them late back. I don't want them to fall asleep either. I don't want them to make decisions based emotions either. I don't want them to smell of cigarettes or sweat.

No, but as fxh pointed out, you don't want them coming back drunk, either.

Let's face it, the sort of person who is going to come back from lunch high on cocaine isn't going to give a crap whether it is legal or not.

Simply because something is decriminalised doesn't mean that its use will be permitted everywhere, at all times, and that society will descend into drug-influenced anarchy and chaos.

Not necessary. I only wear patent leather shoes.

How old are you? 103? You sound like the type of man that would say, yes Mr Brandis, you can stick a finger in my bum because I have nothing to hide. At the very least you are a poor capitalist - think of the productivity gains if you're employees were "stimulated" up to their eyeballs after lunch.
