fxh went in there asking for faux denim dress trousers but they just laughed at him.

Will do.

I went with light grey - the fabric was a bit suit looking but hopefully with 6mm stitching, patch pockets and mop buttons it should go okay.

Was it because he made the distinction between dress and trousers?

What jacket is that?

Spotted at Canberra growers market around 8.30 this morning silver fox SF member or lurker? Maroon check over coat and cuffed chinos. Sharp for that time of day. Should have asked who his barber was.

looks like a Temple of jawnz...

Question for you gents, thoughts on a grey 100% linen suit of this colour for the upcoming summer? should I stick with Navy and a blend instead?

I'm not a fan of grey linen. Just looks a bit off to my eye.

I'd stay with navy, beige, tan, brown, white, off white.

100% linen will crumple in a matter of minutes. If you're OK with that then cool.

A blend is preferable for business wear in my opinion. Wool or wool/silk or cotton.

I reckon a really light grey could work.

I like this one:

I'm probably out of my depth making linen recommendations though.
