Where else can you currently get C&J online in Australia?

Yeah thats my point .. Either it's in store AND online exclusive = uninformed or its a clever twist of words that is misleading.

I'm really happy with my Carminas .. You guys know how often the official site would update styles? Wish they had more range or colours per style

Hmm.

How do these compare in terms of minimalism?

Silver, not gold. You'll find it will go with everything and in all scenarios, whereas gold is not quite as versatile. For similar reasons, I'd go for something pretty plain. A pair of classic Tiffany knots in silver would probably serve you very well. As to expense, well you are only buying one pair and they should last a lifetime. I would try scouring eBay for a pair if you can't spring for new ones.

I would have thought rose gold would be more versatile, for example navy blue suit, white shirt , or charcoal grey suit sky blue shirt and rose gold cuff links IMHO
Cuff links, tie pins I've always favoured rose gold over silver, personal preference.

Get the RMWs. They may make you happier because you like the brand.

The online store or the 'collection'?

The online collection is fairly large and they outline the various colours and leathers available too. E.g. here's the simpson last collection: http://www.carminashoemaker.com/web/hom/coleccion_cajas.php?lang=eng&dist=h&id_col=8

You can always email Betty and try to buy something direct if it's not listed in the online store.

So what are we all up to this weekend? Got a wedding this arvo for my wife's cousin (which I did ties for the party) and the weather has come good overnight, so looks like I'll be breaking out the new peach linen blend for it! Cracker of a ride this morning too.

This might sound strange but does anyone have a good reference pic of where the tail of a belt is meant to end?  I need to cut this new belt down and looking for a proper point of reference.  the text based answer from askandy seems to be:

Quote:
The buckle tongue should fit into the center hole (usually #3 since most belts have five holes) so that the tail ends up just past the first loop on your pants.

but if anyone has a pic handy would be greatly appreciated.

Good choice GN.

I had a legitimate reason to change my username. It was a liability waiting to happen. Fok allowed me to change for free as well.

Anyway, now we can talk about whatever. What were we saying about women, again?
