The trees are cedar and in addition to the split halves, the heel section is also wide so it spreads out the pressure on the heel cup.

Did you end up getting the Exmoors?

Got 'em. Storm-welted, Dainite sole. I look out my window this morning and Lo, it is misty and water covers the earth.

Time for the maiden voyage of the mighty Exmoors, mefinks.

I would like to know more about how you measured your foot and if the more recent pairs fit better than previous if you have adjusted your measurements since your first pair.
Any info would be appreciated

Yes, recent price. Oldest pair is only 12 months old, but I don't think they're going to fall apart anytime soon. Quality is very good, especially considering the price. Got them from - http://www.aliexpress.com/store/702551

I can provide more shoe photos (of the shoes unworn) when I get home, too, dartagnan. In the meantime, here are the photos of me wearing my three pairs that I've previously posted on the forum over the last several months:

Replied to your pm, hasno, with answers to all your questions as well. Anyone else care to know anything, just ask away smile.gif

I have mine, what questions do you have?

Going to hit up the RMW store soon, any recommended online retailers with excellent prices?

General review of the process, your thoughts, whether you are happy with the product - we (I) haven't heard anything about them yet?

Why delude myself, after trying the four menswear stores in Civic zip nada the big zero. i should just stick to online buying.

Good source of RM boots also take special MTM orders http://www.nungar.com.au/catalog/index.php/cPath/48_49. prices quite competative even factoring shipping.
