173cms - more 171-172, but I say 173 for pride. (5ft 8-9). You are over 6 ft. Sometimes I regret my parents not putting me on the stretching rack or force feeding me growth hormone chicken ;).

A 36R is too long, by about 1 inch. The sleeves are too long by about 2-3 cms and there is excess fabric at the back of the jacket. It is only about $100 in alterations. I am probably meant to be a 36S on their scaling system, but they don't sell a 36S which makes both brands redundant as they are essentially the same cutting brands. They cater more for the taller/manlier men.

It is refreshing hearing people have the complete opposite problems :). Anyway, it just means I have to save up for MTM.

Don't be so quick to dismiss. I doubt I will ever buy another MJ Bale/Herringbone suit/shirt. It really pisses me off to know know that I will have to take up the sleeves every time I buy something. Same goes for R&B. That, and the length of the jackets are too long - for both brands.
 

Guys this proves a theory I've been working on that some people have long arms, some people have short arms, and some people have arms that are jussssst right.

Going to get my bale suits on thursday. Hope they have plenty in stock :(

I bought extra, extra pointy black Windsor Smith shoes from Lowes. As the shoes were so pointy, I kicked a skirting board at home, thinking they were leather I didn't expect much to happen. Instead, the shiny plastic coating at the tip of the toe chipped off, like paint from a wall, revealing a cardboard like substance underneath. I wasted $110 and only wore them once. 

I am going to get some white onitsuka tigers. Has anyone successfully worn them with chinos before?
