Have you checked out the Herring Mayfair CD? http://www.herringshoes.co.uk/product-info.php?&brandid=6&shoeid=5383
I have one with me usually whenever I'm in town so you could check it out if you were interested. It looks similar to one of the others you posted that you were interested in, and considerably less expensive. Still got a webbing strap, but I never use that so didn't bother me.

Not this year. I hated the feeling of having a mo last year.

Some are quite fancy looking, but the quality shits all over almost all other brands out there.

wow! thanks for that. just had a look at their frames, and they are pretty sweet looking.

i'd also recommend oliver peoples.

i just bought some prada 16mv's (in havana) for my day to day office glasses. very happy with them. the only adjustment i'd make to it is to make the PRADA writing on the arms more discreet, and to have the arms spring loaded.

I had a pair of Oliver Peoples frames back in the mid-90s - they were really great and very well made.

Moscot for what its worth is about the best acetate frames I have come across recently. A German band Conquistador is also worth a look.

Also cotton Argyles know Howard Yount has some and Happy Socks are in DJ's but any other recommendations. Looking for some colourful ones for summer.

Hopefully, I'll be doing it this year, depending on what my employer says - I was not allowed to do it last year, but have subsequently changed employers.

I hate growing them, but my wife hates it which provides me with the inspiration required to power on nod[1].gif

This was me two years ago

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

I didn't know you were a member of this site. Welcome to the forum Mr Milat.

PS - there are quite a few backpackers around my area now that summer's upon us. Any chance you could take a look?

What employer?

Do people really have to ask permission in some workplaces?
