I'm planning on getting a couple of shoe trees from amazon - anyone in the forum wants to share on shipping to Melbourne?

I just threw 3 pairs of large woodlore trees in a cart. 3x$20 + $22.41 in shipping so $82 for 3 pairs, not bad.

A summery outfit for a warm spring day:

- RAF blue cotton suit by Deer Style, with waist patch pockets;
- Light blue and white bengal stripe shirt by Deer Style, with wide spread collar;
- Brown grenadine tie by the Tie Rack (surprisingly, they make nice grenadine ties);
- Herringbone brown PoW check pocket square;
- C&J Drummond in beechnut calf.
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

I've worn a very very similar combination a bunch of times. Looks great.

I was actually thinking of wearing a pair of Santoni double monks today, to complete the rather Italian look of my outfit, but ended up picking the C&Js instead. I've got several pairs of C&Js and I really like their leather - it takes a nice shine and develops a really nice "depth" after a bit of polishing.

Hey guys

I picked up this cotton Uniqlo jacket last week:

I'm going to wear it with chinos (with maybe a knit tie) and with dark denim (with no tie).

Two questions:
1) Would you wear a PS with this?
2) If so, what kind? I'm thinking silk would perhaps be too formal?

Chino maybe, Denim no.

IMO Silk is too formal, stick to that cotton stuff

Linen square maybe?

I think you'd be fine with denim, so long as you're not wearing low rise jeans with a short jacket.

Nice jacket!. I'd definitely wear a handkerchief with that - white linen, tv fold would be my first choice but I also like the idea of a contrast between the texture of the jacket and the handkerchief so I wouldn't rule out silk. You've got a well developed sense of taste so go with your gut. Wear whatever handkerchief you like and if it feels right, it will be.

I bought these today from Ralph Lauren at QVB.

Preston Pant, Hudson Tan

But I don't know if they are chinos. If anyone knows please weigh in your thoughts.
