Try edmorel's clothing venture, Panta Clothing. I've got four of their bowties and they are excellent - very well made from lovely silk or cashmere.

Do an Internet search for "The Cordial Churchman". They make MTO bowties to order - you can ask them to tailor the size of the bow to you liking. Quality of cloth is not as good as Panta but they are cheap and tie a nice bow.

Also, whilst more expensive, Herringbone also sometimes have some decent bowties.

Finally, look on eBay for RL Polo bow ties, as they are perfectly serviceable and they often have nice paisley or printed dot patterns.

thetiebar.com bow ties are also fine in my experience. They have a huge range of different patterns, shapes and colours too.

I would not buy their knit ties again though - too thing and got some pulled threads quite quickly.

Saw these in an op shop today for $25. Probably a US size. Look to be in VGC although there was one black mark on the side might need a little work. Not sure if these are genuine Church, as I've not seen this label before. It reads "Handmade. Made exclusively for Church's shoes. New York. Beverley Hills". The Church's lettering looks like the regular logo.

If anyone's keen I can try to grab them for you next week some time.

You could have flipped them on eBay for AUD150+

Yes and seems they have postponed the release for 6 months for some reason.

My mate arrived back from Toulouse yesterday. With my "Bill Cunningham" jacket - Municipal Worker Jacket - from local hardware store = $20EU. Needs a few washes to fade and soften up.(oh and enough Saphir to polish a container load of Meerkat double monks)

Today I got suckered into going to footy in suburbs. I sat in car and listened to Oklahoma on ABC FM Classical radio in sunshine.
