Bond's setting the bar in this film (his last) - Page 2

From Russia With Love was definitely my favorite bond movie, plus it had Daniela Bianchi as Tatiana Romanova who is my favorite bond girl, and even though she has to be in her 60s now she was hot back then

Agreed, best fight scene of any as well. Witty, non smarmy banter. "I should have known when you ordered red wine with fish" (paraphrased) "I shall wear this one in Piccadilly." "My dear Mrs. Sommerset... [the garment is not appropriate]" "then... I will take it off." I will have to watch it again soon.

"Diamonds" was terrible. Example: Bond posing as a diamond smuggler (Peter Franks, I think) is confronted by the real guy. Bond kills him in an elevator, then puts his own wallet (with his own Playboy Club membership card, no less) in the real smuggler's jacket. Fleming's Bond not only detested laced shoes, but he would not even have his Sea Island shirts monogrammed, let alone carry his wallet around (while posing as another person) with his real ID. Just plain stupid.

true diamonds wasnt the best bond film and probably far from it, but it still had its moments. i believe connery used the line "isnt that a nice little nothing your hardly wearing" when talking to miss tyfanny case. i agree denise richards is a horrible actress, but shes so hot. and i hear shes now available. too bad shes pregnant. my favorite bond girls are Brit Eckland (goodnight) from the man with the golden gun, and of course urssala andress (honey rider) from dr. no. pussy galore earns honerable mention just for the name.

In my opinion other than Daniela Bianchi (Tatiana Romanova) Jane Seymour as Solitaire was definitely the hottest, and thus one of my favorite, bond girls. I have been watching all the movies again the past couple of weeks and Jane Seymour was just beautiful back in the day.

Actually "OHMSS" was my favorite Bond movie. And I am a Bond fan.

Agreed. A personal favorite of mine -- and, by far, the most "human" depiction of the Bond character.
