The streetwear shoes and boots thread...No sneakers please - Page 281

I got my MOMA boots today, I went true to size and they are indeed a bit large. There's about a half an inch left between the end of my toes and the end of my shoes. They still fit me OK. Any problems might arise with sticking with a shoe that is slightly too large? I like them and got them for $130.. I'll post pics later.

A 1/2" at the end of your shoes does not mean they are "too large." You may be able to bend your feet or have blood flow to toes in them however, which is always a bonus.

.5" is way too much space for me, cracks me up when people have an inch or so though

Ah, actually after measuring there's about a 1.5" space...
I'm going to keep though, they are a bit tough to get on with socks and look good. I have smallish feet and large thighs so sometimes a slightly bigger shoe looks better on me.

My new MOMAs. Love these things to death, you guys should definitely keep an eye out on Yoox for a good pair

Good pickup, interesting that they look like they have a beveled waist.

lol scumbag steve

EVERYONE PLEASE SIZE DOWN

These run at least a size large, as I've said before I sized down one and there's still a bit of room (but they're balanced enough that it's perfectly comfortable).

These really should be hyped IMO, good shoe for a good price

You do not know what happens when good shoes at good price gets hyped?

What's the best way to take care of these momas? I never owned nice leather, upgrading from Clark's desert boots. I already spilt beer on them last night. They are per distressed boots so I'm thinking just wear the hell out of them. Shoe horn? Also does the bent up toe stay after wear?

If you don't want them to wrinkle, get shoe trees. Since they're sorta rocker boots, just wear the scuffs and play on, playa

I sorta dig the wrinkles, on the top of the foot they look good. At least for boots maybe not dress shoes.

yes, many people like them a lot (myself included)
and yes, the original style at least

I had those sidezips for a couple days but ended up sending them back because of the burnished toe
