Trying to decide whether or not to topy my CP combat boots. Not planning to wear them in deep snow or anything like that, just don't want to slide around when it's wet. Has anyone tried them in the rain? The leather on the sole is weird, it's been so heavily treated it's almost feels synthetic.

Any good recommendations for sleek looking boots? I'm thinking some sort of chelsea or zip-up boot would look good with slim jeans and trousers without stacking/break.

I am considering getting a pair of G-Star Raw military boots, any feedback on them? like the quality and comfort? does G-Star raw shoes/boots fit true to size? Cause I tried Timberland and they seem to be almost a size larger than the stated UK size, they seem to have inconsistent size issues. I really like the G-star boots, but don't want to end up getting the wrong size!
