Yep. Diet consists of: -Plain bagel with cream cheese for breakfast -Sandwich on white bread, no veggies, extra mayo for lunch -Pasta with some sort of sauce for dinner (ohmigawd! pasta is so, like, healthy!)
It used to depress me when i was 19 working at a Panera. It was connected to the mall so all the mall employees came in for lunch. TONS of fat people getting soups and sandwhiches with really high calories thinking they are healthy. Same with people getting the fraupachino type things we made. Unreal the calories, fat and sugar in those things
Most Panera sandwiches have at least 1,000 mg of sodium in them, some have over 2,000. I won't eat there more than once a month.
