can anyone suggest a good quality pillow
especially with neck/back pain

I need to buy new pillows. Mine are driving me insane. Can someone give me a quick lesson on what the advantages/disadvantages of the different kinds (down, latex, memory foam, etc.) are? And also some makers to look into?
