polished black!

But if you compare tortoise to polished black, the tortoise is "black" when it's darker and as I said a bit more easy when the sun is shining. The tortoise does not underline contours of the face as much as black.

shuron can put cable temples on their wayfarer style frames (sidewinder and freeway)

I need some assistance deciding if either of these look good on me. Ignore the colors in the pics since this is what they had in the size I was looking for when I stopped by the mall today.

The top is Ray-Ban 3379 which is more of a wraparound design. The bottoms ones are obviously the new Wayfarers (trying to decide between the matte black pictured here or the tortoise shell).

Feel free to critique away and tell me if I should avoid both or what styles might suit my face better.

Also, just as a reference I already own the RE Aviators in 55mm. They are shown in the top pics. Feel free to critique those too since I'm still within my return period on them.

The bottom pic is me trying on the Clubmasters earlier today. Even ignoring the awful color (they were out of stock of the tortoise ones I wanted to try), I think they do not suit my face at all so I quickly discounted them.

1 and 3 are your go. I would pass on those clubmasters even in another color.

Thanks for the opinion although now I'm really confused. I thought #2 looked better than 1. I guess it's good that I asked for another opinion.

Glad to know #3 looks good since I already bought those. Yeah, I decided against the Clubmaster because the shape just doesn't look right for me.

Maybe the picture is a bit off. Those smartphone cameras deform the picture a bit.
For me, it's my opinion, do those #2 sit too high on your nose.

But you can't go wrong with #2.

You're probably right. I'm new to sunglasses so I'm still trying to figure out what works and what doesn't.

Vicious, I think you could pull off any of those if you wanted, club master would have to be tortoise frame and it'd be a bold choice but you could pull it off if you wanted to.

Hey guys. I've been looking for a pair of sunglasses that looks good on my face for a while. Finally found a nice frame from Warby Parker (reynold) but unfortunately it doesn't come with sunglass lenses. I'm thinking of ordering the frame only and put my own lenses on. Any recommendation on where I can buy some good polarized lenses and have them put them in the frame for me?

So the pair of Ray-Ban RB3379 came in. I ordered both that I had pictured earlier. I figure this way I can try them on at home in peace and return the ones I don't like. I took a few different angles. Let me know if these look ok or if they should go back. Thanks.

Vicious- I think you nail it with the Ray Bans like mr usneum and the others suggest.  The look more finished than the REs.  I think the wayfarer style looks good on you, but those particular ones look like the black rubberized ones, which always like a little cheap IMO.  I submit a tortoise frame would look better on you if you like the wayfarer style.  But the RB 3379 are a lock.

Thanks for the feedback AJK. The wife got back from out of town last night and said these look good on my face but it has too much of a Bollywood (reminds her of some of the Bolllywood stars she's seen) vibe going which isn't really my style. I knew something felt off about them. The 1 thing that I didn't like about the RB3379 in terms of practicality is that with the curve on them, they kept hitting my eyelashes so I had to keep readjusting them.

She actually liked these Serengeti's better for me (pics below). They are simpler which she thinks is more my style and I'm more likely to wear them. She's probably right. The RB3379 felt a bit too flashy for me.
