Don't know if this is common knowledge but the Rayban New Wayfarers are really trash compared to the classic one.

Why the Copter by OP is so expensive, if not the most expensive OP sunglasses available right now?

Anybody know anything about these?  All I know is that they're Tom Ford's.

Actually, those are RB 8305. They're really cool, aren't they?

Okay. Time for a good question. A few days back, I noticed that sweat was getting into the bayonets of my Randolph Aviators (the ones De Niro wore in Taxi Driver). At the time, I did not think much of it because the sweat seemed to be drying. Yesterday, I found green stuff inside the bayonet. Using my uber powers of deduction and the help from beer, I have determined that it is mold. The question I have is how can I get rid of it without voiding the warranty? I'm thinking about leaving it in direct sunlight and then clean it with slightly dilute white vinegar. I just want to hear some thoughts from the forum about whether it's a good idea or if I should just exchange it. I've attached pictures of the issue.

You can't. I had this once on my RB in tortoise. I went to the store and they gave me a new one.

In various blogs lately, I've seen a lot of Wayfarer type frame sunglasses with clear plastic frames. It doesn't look like Ray-Ban makes anything in that sort of family, and the blogs tend to have uncredited pictures.

Gant makes a reasonably priced pair:

But the frames look somewhat blobby and uninteresting to me.

Oliver People's look wonderful:

But $400 seems a bit steep.

Retro styled Oakley Frogskins are pretty neat:

But I still feel like Oakley's have a high douche quotient.

Has anyone come across a handsome pair of reasonably priced clear framed sunglasses?

^ true... but for some reason I have recently been wanting a pair of old skool Frogskins in some funky neon color for summer.... been wearing these the most recently (different colorway however).
