4-7 hours depending on what rotation I'm doing although sometimes I just don't get enough sleep because I'm up wasting time. I've been planning to have better sleep habits for about a year now. Hasn't worked out very well due to my own stupidity.

This quarter none of my classes are before 3 so I've been getting 8-9 hours every night. But usually around 5-6 hours.

6. Every day is a drag and less productive because I am always tired. I need to get my life together.

7-8. Ideally I would get 8-9 a night. I am actually pretty strict about my own sleep schedule. I don't like coffee and I do not operate well while tired.

Between 5 and 8, depending on what my schedule that day is. I hate sleeping for longer than that, I feel like I'm wasting my time.

Avg. about 11 hours. I usually hit the rack about 1:30-2:00 am and get up about 12:30-1:00 pm

About 6 hours on weeknights with the occasional weekend cat nap to make up for it. A colleague of mine can get by on 4 hours nightly. He's a family man with a tame lifestyle, and very fit. He just doesn't seem to need more than 4 hours.

I've averaged five hours or less since birth.
