For daily use, wider than a point but narrower than a spread. Maybe a spread just short of 90deg, with points long enough to disappear under a jacket's lapels or a sweater's vee.

I also like buttondown collars.

Spread collars and button-downs. But the key for me is the length of the collar points--I hate when they don't align with or go under the jacket.

Club.

But that doesn't mean I wear it the most.

I think most of them have a place. I don't like the extremes; the cutaway frequently shows the tie outside of the knot and the GoodFellas collars that cover up the tie knot don't look good to me either.

Everything else just needs to fit in with how the tie is tied and the rest of the outfit, at least in my opinion.

I prefer from spread collar to Kent. With MTM and bespoke they are perfect.

Always a wide spread collar. I had a shirt made on Jermyn street years ago from which I have all my shirt collars modelled from.
I Dont own any button down shirts or any narrow points and most certainly wouldnt consider buying them.
Collars are by far the most important part of a shirt

Nice comment. The Goodfellas is one of my fav movies so I watch it lots of times. I thought that collar was a recreation from the time the movie is based.

I have seen nowadays only in Versace collection that collar and is terrible!

They are!!!

I own too many spread collar cutaway 180 degrees italian shirts. They are the best if you use jacket with no tie, but this year I started to use 4IH and I found that collar doesn´t fit too well as ( sorry for my bad english) the " ribbon besides the knot is on sight...
