DB Bistro is WAY overratted. Your best bet is Craft of those 3. If you want to try something a little different, go to Upstairs at Bouley which is kitty corner from Bouley, serves great food at an amazing value.

I went to DB Bistro because 8:00pm was the best time for us. It was ok. The burger wasn't great, In-N-Out's burger is way better. The biggest problem with the burger was that all of those high-end ingredients couldn't overcome the fact that the sirloin was a bit dry even cooked medium. The parmesan bun was good but the I couldn't really distinguish the sirloin from the braised short rib and the foie gras in the burger, it all just tasted like dry sirloin. My gf had a braised flat iron steak which was good but nothing spectacular. The best part of the meal might have been the quail ballotine and the foie gras tourchon that we had for appetizers. Too bad I couldn't try Cafe Boulud because the only reservation available was 9:30 but that would've been too late for us to drive home.
