I actually like text messaging on occasion. When in class and it is particulary boring (I always sit in the back away from professors view, also doesn't help this is my last semester towards my bachelors) I text to keep myself awake.

I do hate the chat room stuff though. I text with words that are in Websters dictionary, which limited me to about 25 text messages from the time span of 2002 until May of 2008 when I got a blackberry with QWERTY keyboard. Now its a no holds barred stiuation where I think I had close to 125 text message in one day with 14 different people (they initiated, I only replied/conversed.)

I hate texting but I'm an avid instant messenger. I can't stray from Blackberries because of the Blackberry Messenger function, all of my friends have Blackberries so it's very convenient.

having a conversation through text is difficult, but it's a great tool for quick questions.

I hate texting myself but considering I tend to date younger women it's now something I do. I almost bought one of those phones with the keyboards because of it.
