DO NOT buy the new QoS video game

The new Quantum of Solace game is a solid 6/10. Very dissapoitning. It's certainly no Rainbow Six 6 Vegas 1 or 2, not even a CoD4, despite the fact it's based on that engine. This game probably would have been a 8/10 if it came out at the height of PS2 but with the PS3 I expect much more than simple switch-based puzzles and running-and-gunning. I remember playing the original GoldenEye and how great it was and this game has so much more, but the "fun" factor just isn't there.

I got tired of the game after about an hour. I'm sure I'll beat it by Sunday and I have no motivation to try the online play.

The PS2 From Russia With Love they did a few years ago was decent.

For the most part, I can agree with this.

There's only a small handful, such as Goldeneye for N64, and some of the Spider Man video games(specifically for the playstation 1)...but honestly those really weren't made necessarily to coincide and promote the movies.


Most movie games are just promotion tools for the movie, so they lack any real substance. Whats even more concerning is when movies games come out years tooo late.
